Apple macOS M1 (ARM) GPU crypto miner?

Thread to start the search for an Apple Mac M1 compatible GPU cryptocurrency miner. There was someone who successfully used the new M1 GPU to mine Ethereum. Poor results though, only 2MH/s. For his guide see this.
