Mac Mini + Boot Camp + Nice Hash Earnings

Installed Boot Camp + Windows 10 64-bit and Nice Hash miner for Intel. Nice Hash does NOT recognize the onboard Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB so you cannot mine with it, only the CPU. In all, the hashrates weren't as good as using XMRig on macOS documented here. However, earnings may have potentially been better since it was using a more profitable pool.
