Crypto Mining on Mac's: Forum

Using Honeyminer version 0.6.5 for macOS. The miner sees CPU and GPU hardware but the only message in the Expert Logs is:

Started mining process

It just sits there for minutes on end. Waited almost a half hour but no mining starts. No other logs or activity in the Miner Console.

My hunch is that it is probably just too far out of date, and maybe code from back when GPU mining was directly possible under Mac OS. I wonder if you installed an old enough Mac OS, it might work? I think you'd have to go back several years, maybe to like Mac OS prior to Mojave (one or two versions before).
