Parallels Version: Version 16.1.3 (49160)
Windows Version: 10
macOS Version: 10.15.7 (19H524) macOS Catalina
System: MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 AMD Radeon Pro 5600M 8 GB
Parallels Configuration:
16 Processors
32g Ram
Graphic Memory Auto
At this time, it's not possible to Crypto mine using a GPU and Parallels Desktop. We tried to GPU mine using the MacBook Pro 16" onboard 5600M using the auto graphics settings, but NiceHash and XMRig do not pick up the Parallels video adapter. So, Parallels will only crypto mine CPU. Parallels Desktop does recognize the Intel Core i9-99800HK processors. Hashrates were around 2200 H/s. You obviously get improved hashrates with CPU mining and XMRig directly on macOS as documented here. So, until Parallels offers support for video cards, I don't see the use of Cryptomining in Parallels Desktop...
