This miner won't do eth. It can only do KawPow. So make sure you are on kp.unmineable.com:3333 as your pool.
(If you meant you are getting payout in eth, ignore previous statement)
Sometimes it'll take a while to get an accepted share. As long as the log shows a reported speed, it'll eventually find one!

Yeah I meant getting payout in eth.
So does this look normal? I wonder what this means " error CL_INVALID_VALUE when calling clGetProgramInfo"

Just for fun, trying to mine RVN on a Mac Pro 6,1 with dual D700 GPUs....
Not good, only 5.6MH/s

Once a native miner is released for macOS ARM, results are going to be phenomenal. Parallels graphics performance is absolutely insane.

Hey everyone! Thanks for all the helpful tips in this thread so far, truly been a great help. I feel like I am close, but I have ran into one more issue - the XMRIG runs, but says I have to set a worker name/worker name is required to join the pool. Screenshot attached. I have made a few changes in the config.json file but to no avail, usually they just give errors instead of running, I've tried making changes to both ["worker-id": null] and [ "rig-id": null,] with no change in behavior. Any help one could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Do it like this in the user section of the config file.
3 letter coin: +
Crypto Address. Then Worker Name. It is whatever you want to name that machine.

Hi everyone,
Mac Pro 7,1 here with a AMD W6800X 32GB here. I feel like my hashrate should be much higher than I'm getting, and xmrig might only be using 8GB of ram? Help would be appreciated! I only have experience with NiceHash on windows, so this has been a fun experiment.

Hello!
I’m
mining XMR on my 5500m (MacBook Pro 16, 2019, i9)
Since yesterday’s night (21pm) until now (12:58pm) and I got 0.00067398
Is this any good?

Hi, I was using XMRIG for CPU and
GPU mining at the same time for about 10 days. But I found that MacMiner works much better and much more quietly since version 0.3.8 in Intel Mac. You can download last version here
